Recognition in London for a practical innovation
We are proud to share that Bravo Savings Network won the PI LIVE Europe BuildLab contest in London, held from October 19 to 21. The award celebrates the work of our Innovation Lab team, which developed Make Your Case, a working prototype that converts pricing, real-time inventory, and performance data into interactive, sales‑ready proposals. The goal is simple and tangible: cut idle time, remove manual repetition, and give teams back the hours they need for strategy and relationships.
What the PI LIVE BuildLab is and how it works

The PI LIVE BuildLab is a one-day virtual hackathon that brings together leading players in the affiliate and partnership marketing industry with a clear objective: to create free, accessible tools that benefit the entire industry. Participants receive the challenge brief 24 hours in advance and then have just eight hours to develop and submit a working prototype.
The competition rules require solutions to remain freely accessible, encouraging widespread adoption and meaningful industry impact.
This year’s challenge focused on three recurring pain points: repetitive manual tasks, fragmented data, and bottlenecks in approval processes. The overarching goal was to free up more time for professionals to focus on strategy, creativity, and human relationships while minimizing unnecessary operational work.
The Winning Project: Make Your Case
Make Your Case is an all‑in‑one platform for media selling that replaces static files and endless email threads with a single source of truth. Our prototype allows advertisers to check ad placement availability and book directly on publisher sites, while instantly generating up‑to‑date media kits aligned with real inventory and live performance insights. For sales teams, this means building pitches and assembling campaigns without switching between spreadsheets, slide decks, and inboxes.

“Turn your inventory and performance data into a media kit worth sending.
Build campaigns without the endless back-and-forth emails.”
Designed for publisher commercial teams and digital media brands, the solution streamlines negotiation from the first pitch to final approval. By centralizing information and workflows, it reduces human error and delivers a faster, more measurable, and more transparent process for both sides of the table. In practice, that looks like current availability instead of static PDFs, consistent pricing tied to live performance data, and a clear, trackable path from proposal to booking.
Why this matters for media sellers and buyers
Sellers get a reliable foundation for packaging and pricing, with proposals that stay consistent as inventory changes. Buyers gain visibility into what is actually available, along with performance context that supports confident investment decisions.
Both parties benefit from fewer back‑and‑forth emails, fewer version conflicts, and fewer delays waiting on approvals. The result is a shorter sales cycle and better alignment between inventory reality and campaign planning.
The Work Behind Our Innovation Lab Team
The prototype was developed through the efforts of our Innovation Lab team. We defined requirements and priorities based on the operational challenges our colleagues face every day in sales and partner management. Inventory and performance data were structured to be useful for both sellers and buyers, with particular attention paid to data quality and accuracy.
The eight-hour development window imposed by BuildLab pushed us to focus on what truly mattered: a clean user experience, practical features, and a demonstrable end-to-end workflow, from browsing available opportunities to booking placements. This focused, pragmatic approach ultimately helped set our solution apart during the evaluation process.
Competitors, Demos, and Community Voting
This year’s competition brought together teams from companies including Awin, Impact.com, Tradedoubler, Optimise, Everflow, and Adtraction, along with Bravo Savings Network.
The prototypes were presented to the community, giving them the opportunity to vote alongside industry professionals. The winners were announced live during PI LIVE Europe, bringing a fast-paced day of development, collaboration, and innovation to a successful conclusion.
For us, it was also a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas with professionals facing similar operational challenges every day. The feedback gathered during the demonstrations reinforced the need for simple, interoperable, and accessible tools capable of accelerating decision-making and approval processes.
Impact on the Italian Market and the Role of BravoSconto
The success of Make Your Case also points toward a clear direction for the Italian market. Publishers and brands increasingly need solutions that streamline bookings, approvals, and reporting without compromising control or transparency.
In Italy, Bravo Savings Network’s ecosystem includes BravoSconto, a well-established discount code platform that has been helping retailers and consumers connect through reliable promotions and editorial content for years.
Bringing innovation closer to everyday operations means improving the experience for both partners and users. With this in mind, our Italian team is investing in AI and process automation, building on the same principles that inspired our participation in BuildLab.
The goal is to reduce repetitive tasks, consolidate relevant data, and free up more time for strategic thinking, which remains a key competitive advantage in the digital industry.
Thank You to Everyone Who Supported Us
We would like to thank the PI LIVE Europe organizers, all the teams that took part in the challenge, and the community members who voted.
A special thank you goes to everyone at Bravo Savings Network who made this achievement possible, bringing together technical expertise, market knowledge, and a genuine understanding of customer needs.
We look forward to putting new ideas to the test and continuing our efforts to simplify what matters most.
